Also In The Med.

Its well know that USS Mahan, USS Ramage, USS Barry, and USS Gravely are standing off Syria. Also in the Mediterranean is an exercising Royal Navy force, which according to Royal Navy sources, could provide a strategic contingency. This Royal Navy force includes HMS Illustrious, HMS Bulwark, two frigates, and a rumored nuclear submarine.

So far, movement of US and UK aircraft to RAF Akrotiri (Cyprus) has not been announced. Such a move could come soon though, along with the repositioning of the Truman carrier battle group. We shall see…
